Cassie "I can honostly say that committing to train with Jessica has been one of the best decisions of my life! In a few short months, I've lost 20 pounds of fat and a total of 14 inches, but more importantly, I've actually gained 8 pounds of muscle! The beauty of this simple fact is that I'm able to weat a whole size smaller than I did the last time I was at my current weight. Altough I still have quite a few pounds to lose, I'm stronger than I've ever been and am able to do things (planks, push-ups, jogging a 12-minute mile) that I never dreamed I could, especially at my age. Harry "Fitness Focus has been a great current and future investment that I have made in a holistic manner. I previously had personal trainers who were in it for financial gain, Jessica on the contrary takes the time to learn her clients on an individual basis and tailor his or her workouts accordingly. I have been with her for five months and lost a total of 10 inches combined and over 15 pounds. Besides gaining confidence and esteem, I have also lowered my cholesterol and blood pressure witht the help of her training and knowledge. When I fell short of losing pounds she took the extra effort in allowing me to stay over and use the cardio equipment to make sure I met my individual goal. Jessica goes above and beyond the call of personal training and I really appreciate her loyalty and dedication. I have had training in the military for seven years and she accepts nothing less than what an individual can handle. Barb "One year ago I made a commitment to lose weight. Thirty pounds into my weight loss I knew that I needed to start working out and try and tone while the weight was coming off. That's when I was introduced to Deb. She has changed my whole outlook on exercising! This in itself is a miracle, since I knew nothing about exercising and weight lifting the proper way. Deb is outstanding in what she does. She is also very compassionate to my needs, and aches and pains. She customizes my workouts to my strengths and weaknesses. I feel like I get a great workout without that "boot camp" pressure. She is always changing my workouts so they do not get boring, and she is always introducing new equipment to the workouts. I have enjoyed working with Deb very much and have been singing her praises so much that a few months ago my husband started working out with Deb as well. Kathy "Deb's workouts are always challenging. SHe pushes you to excel, but steps the sessions up gradually. The variety of both the workout and the equipment used keep the sessions interesting and FUN. I have lost 10 of the 15 pounds that I wanted to lose. Eating in the evening was my downfall, but with the additional aerobic exercise, I'm energized and find myself less hungry. The total approach of weight training, aerobic exercise, and diet guidelines have made it possible to attain and sustain success. I can now visualize myself losing 20 pounds!"
Cari "I started training with Deb because I want to join the ARMY. I am 30 years old and had not worked out since high school. I knew if I wanted to be prepared for boot camp I had to do something now. I am amazed at what Deb has accomplished with me in the 5 months I have been with her. I didn't realize how out of shape I was until I started training. My body has transformed from flabby, wobbly, and squishy to solid, strong, and lean. I think for the first time in my life I will be able to wear a two piece bathing suit this summer without embarrassment. I look and feel better than I have in a really long time.
